Children's Wicker Furniture Makeover: Phase 1

I'm still tackling the projects that have been hanging out in my basement.  Since the weather has been SO beautiful and the kids are out of school, they are needing a place to sit outside with their friends and eat lunch and snacks.  Enter this wicker furniture set that is in good condition but Really needs an update.

Before Picture:
Step One:  Get the neighborhood gang OFF of the furniture so that it can be cleaned (and rid of multiple cobwebs.  ew.)
Step Two:  Hose off furniture and scrub any dirt spots.  (Forget to take picture of step for the blog because you get distracted spraying the kids.)
Step Three:  Set in the sun to dry.
Phase two involves painting, a fun accent detail and a top coat.  Check back in next week for the finished results!  Any diy projects or playing in the water for you this summer?  We'd love to hear about it in the comments :)
